i’m on the email lists for both of the Democratic candidates’ camps, and this is what i found in my inbox this morning.

from Hillary:

Dear Sara,

Tonight’s victory in Indiana was close, and a margin that narrow means just one thing: every single thing you did to help us win in Indiana helped make the difference.

from Barack:

Sara –

We just won a decisive victory in North Carolina thanks to people like you.

who knew i was so vital to democracy. (a rhetorical question.)

but the real question (complete with question mark) is: is it over yet?

my eyes glazed over a long time ago.
